BMW Malaysia Enhances the BMW XM Label with Updated Design, Performance and Technology.

Exemplifying the Motorsports DNA, the BMW XM Label will receive an upgrade with new design elements to make the most extrovert BMW M GmbH vehicle even more covetable.

Kuala Lumpur, 24th April 2026 – BMW Malaysia today introduces updates to the BMW XM Label, which is now offered as the sole variant in the BMW XM lineup. First launched in 2023, the high-performance Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV) from BMW M GmbH now features an expanded choice of exterior colours, enhanced standard equipment, re-tuned driving dynamics, and refined comfort.

 

Powered by the BMW M Hybrid system, the BMW XM Label combines a 4.4-litre M TwinPower Turbo V8 engine with electric drive to produce a total system output of 748 hp (550 kW) and a peak torque of 1,000 Nm. The result is a sprint from 0–100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds, while still achieving a pure electric range of up to 83 kilometres (WLTP).

 

Customers can now further personalise their BMW XM Label with the introduction of four exclusive BMW Individual Frozen finishes: Frozen Tanzanite Blue, Frozen Marina Bay Blue, Frozen Black, and Frozen Brilliant White. These distinctive matte paint options accentuate the model’s bold proportions and expressive design, allowing customers to create a uniquely striking statement of luxury, performance, and individuality.

 

The upgraded Welcome Light Carpet introduces a new animated greeting when approaching the vehicle, while imposing 23-inch high-gloss Black M light alloy wheels (Star-spoke style 1096 M) underline the model’s extroverted presence.

Inside, the BMW XM Label can be specified with exclusive BMW Individual Merino leather upholstery in Night Blue, Silverstone, Deep Lagoon, or Black. Comfort cushions, now included as standard across all upholstery colours, enhance the luxurious atmosphere of the spacious M Lounge.

                       

As part of the enhancement, AC Charging Plus is now standard which means AC charging capability has been increased to 11 kW (three-phase) as standard, enabling the high-voltage battery to be fully charged in under three hours. A re-tuned chassis improves road feedback, while additional acoustic insulation further enhances cabin refinement.
