Area Sales Manager
Employment Type: Permanent
Location: Cyberjaya- Manage and steer allocated BMW Dealerships within the Retail Finance business line. Steering Dealerships in meeting the desired annual sales targets (new & used cars + commercial finance).
- The go to-person for dealers and NSC-counterparts when it comes to structural / qualitative SF-topics (e.g. trainings, SF-integration & potentials within the processes at the dealer, terms & conditions for dealer financing).
- Adhere to visitation schedule, dealers presentations, minute taking & store on the shared drive.
- Focusing on strong on-boarding of Finance responsible people in Dealerships; product, campaign briefing, Easy Drive, Straight line & end to end sales process (documentation required for application, contract execution & funding), use of BMW Engage application & Loyalty apps, Basic credit evaluation and analysis knowledge. Coaching the quality of loan submissions - Minimizes document error rate leading to ease of disbursements
- Supports cross-selling products initiatives i.e Comprehensive Insurance, other insurance products, Corporate Mobility packages and related products
- Provides analysis reporting and progress updates incorporating feedback from customers & other departments.
- Able to address different levels at the dealership (DP-SA). Comprehensively support suitable dealer-measures to achieve SF-targets as well as share and comment BMW Group-news adequately whilst maintain strong and supportive network-relationship (in the best interest of both parties)
- Treat sensitive SF-competitor information received by dealers in a compliant and appropriate manner
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Management or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience preferably in the automotive finance or banking industry. Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales / sales management role.
- Strong personality with good relationship-building skills (PR). Ability to strategize and possess good management knowledge (planning, organizing, delegation and executing)

Senior Executive, New Business

- Responsible for credit assessment and contract implementation & settlement on all retail finance applications for BMW dealers and Corporate accounts introducers including equipment vendors. Provide premium service levels, a strong focus on maintaining and improving credit and compliance quality, develop stakeholder relationships, deliver continuous improvement and focus on staff development and engagement.
Business responsibilities:- Responsible for the achievement of New Business targets and customer and dealer satisfaction.
- Responsible for the application of mandatory process management tools and methods.
- Responsible to consult partners of the organization in all aspects of products and credit decision making and to offer alternative solutions.

Senior Tax Specialist
Employment Type: Contract
Location: Cyberjaya, SelangorKey accountabilities:
- Provision of tax information to tax consultant for the preparation of tax computation and tax return for companies within the Group.
- Review the tax computations and tax forms prepared by tax consultant.
- Preparation of provisional tax estimations for companies within the Group.
- Preparation of Income Tax and deferred Tax provision for monthly/ quarterly/year-end closing.
- Periodical Tax Reporting to Global Tax Center.
- Provision of tax information to transfer pricing consultant for the preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
- Preparation and submission of Services Tax Return (Form SST-02).
- Liaisons with the relevant local tax authorities on direct and in direct tax matters.
- Managing treasury related matters.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or equivalent. Professional Qualification such as CTIM, ACCA, MIA is an added advantage.

Manager, Legal & Compliance

- Ensures compliance of processes, policies and products with the relevant external legal regulations and requirements as well as internal BMW Group guidelines and principles. The function acts as legal coordinator towards internal group legal department and external lawyers and authorities. The role holder is the Information Protection Delegate as well as Data Privacy Protection Officer.
- Monitoring the legal and regulatory environment for the purposes of sustainable legal conformity and improvements to the compliance system.
- Reviewing and drafting legal related documents and various types of agreements and consult the business functions on all legal and compliance matters.
- Core responsibilities include: Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 , Information Protection (Officially appointed Information Protection Delegate), Information Security (Officially appointed Individual Data Protection Delegate), Legal Coordination (Legal Coordinator with Headquarters), Anti-Fraud Management, Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), Data Privacy Protection (Officially appointed Data Privacy Protection Officer) and Corporate Governance.
- Manage related complaints and steer litigation matters for the company, advice for the local management and business functions with regard to compliance and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Master or Bachelor in Law. If possible, Advanced Certificate in Regulatory Compliance or International Diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance.
- 5-7 years of relevant working experience preferably in Compliance / Legal field, preferably in the Financial Sector.
- High degree of identification with compliance, legal and risk-specific topics.

Assistant Manager, Controlling

- Gathers and compiles data on different business line performance, conduct pre-analysis, actual vs budgets, etc. Prepare management report covering Opex financials, sales, cost of sales, GPI, etc monthly'.
- Investigate reasons for deviations from budgets/targets and conduct trend analysis.
- Provides management analysis to identify & explain forecast variances to plan & explain underlying impact.
- To ensure in-time reporting of financial figures to headquarters.
- Assess and review credit risk provisions (IFRS 9) according to the portfolio development.

- Ensure that assigned accounts are monitored in accordance to key performance indicators.
- Stakeholder management Collaborate with repossessors, external lawyers and/or 3rd party Collection agencies on accounts that are in arrears.
- Strong negotiation efforts with customers [defaulters) on settlement of accounts in arrears.
- To ensure notices issued fulfil the requirement of Hire Purchase Act.
- Review and develop Recoveries process/ policy and lead projects / initiatives to improve the team performance and effectiveness.

Executive, HR Operations and Admin

- Primarily responsible for the Human Resources Operations and Administration functions within BMW Group Malaysia including (but not limited to) managing all financial related processes such as HR vendor registrations, HR vendor payments, PR/PO monitoring and accurate record keeping.
- Data management - Ensuring all employee and vendor related data is updated on a timely manner via the HRMS portal.
