Find the charging solutions that best suit your lifestyle.
Electric car charging made easy.
Over access of 2,000 charging stations nationwide.
Whether you’re travelling or just driving around town. With over 2,000 charging points throughout Malaysia, you'll always find the right charging option for you. And the charging network is constantly growing. BMW Charging makes it simple and easy for you to locate these charging stations.
Charging battery up to 80%.
The charging time depends on the electrical connection: electric cars and plug-in hybrids can indeed be charged at a domestic socket outlet, but charging takes longer owing to the lower charging power. If time is of the essence when you are travelling, you can charge with direct current (DC) at a fast-charging station and gain plenty of range for your electric car in a very short time.
Charge on the go.
There are many ways of charging an electric car or a plug-in hybrid: either conveniently at home or flexibly on the go. You can use the BMW Flexible Charger to charge at domestic or industrial charging sockets, and at various charging points near your home. On the go, you can visit a DC charging stations by Gentari, JomCharge, ChargeEV, and many more.
Plug & Charge and go.
More than just charging technology. BMW Plug & Charge takes you into the future of electric mobility. The system automatically detects and authenticates your car as soon as you connect it to a Plug & Charge capable charging station. And, thanks to the multi-contract function, you can choose one of several saved charging contracts from different providers. Whether private or business. It's up to you.

You can store the Multifunction Charger and associated adapters in the spacious 40-litre storage compartment under the bonnet of your new BMW iX3. The storage compartment can also be used for the fast charging cable (Mode 3) for public AC charging and the tyre repair kit Plus, for example.
The charging times of electric cars.
Charging your electric car at high-power charging stations is the fastest method. You benefit from shorter charging times and higher charging speeds thanks to the high charging power at these DC charging stations. For instance, the new BMW iX3 takes only ten minutes to charge for 309 - 372 kilometres⁴.

1 Range depends on various factors, in particular: individual driving style, route characteristics, outside temperature, heating/air conditioning, pre-conditioning.
2 The charging performance depends on the state of charge, ambient temperature, individual driving profile and use of auxiliary consumers. The ranges shown are based on the WLTP best case. The charging times apply to ambient temperatures of 23 degrees Celsius after a preceding drive and may differ depending on the usage behaviour.
3 The added range after 10 minutes of high-power charging was determined according to ISO12906 in the WLTP cycle and requires that the charging infrastructure enables the maximum DC charging power. The added range and charging performance depend on vehicle equipment, battery state of charge and health, ambient and battery temperature, driving profile, auxiliary users, vehicle-specific charging settings, and the charging power provided by the charging station.
4 The My BMW App is compatible with all BMW cars from model year 2014 onwards. It needs ConnectedDrive Services equipment to be fitted, and use of a compatible smartphone. The availability and functions of the My BMW App are market-dependent.
5 Market-specific offer applies to new vehicles purchased from BMW branches and dealerships in Europe in the BMW Charging network.
