  • Roadside repair service*.

    BMW Roadside Assistance will dispatch a mobile technician to the breakdown site if you need assistance to help solve the problem.

  • Towing and recovery*.

    In the event that your BMW breaks down, and cannot be repaired on site, BMW Roadside Assistance will arrange for the your vehicle to be recovered to the nearest BMW Authorised Service Centre.

  • Flat tyre assistance*.

    A flat tyre does not mean a bad day for you. BMW Roadside Assistance will send a mobile technician to the site and assist you with changing your tyre. (Applies to non-run flat tyres only)

  • Courtesy service*.

    BMW Roadside Assistance will help organise solutions for problems such as a misplaced key or an empty fuel tank.

THINGS TO DO IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT.

  • 1. Stop the car.

    Remain calm so that you can help those around you and ensure your own safety. If possible, stay at the side strip of the street or highway.

  • 2. Warn other motorists.

    Put on your hazard warning lights and set up your emergency warning triangle to warn other motorists.

  • 3. Help those injured.

    To the best of your knowledge and abilities, administer aid to those injured and move them to safety.

  • 4. Report the accident.

    In the event of a personal injury, material damage, death or at the request of any of the parties involved, notify the police within 24 hours.

  • 5. Call BMW Accident Hotline.

    Our assistance team will make the necessary arrangements to get you back on your way as soon as possible. Meanwhile, do not sign any documents with other towing providers not dispatched by BMW Accident Hotline.

  • 6. Unblock the road and secure all traces of the accident.

    At the event of an accident, evaluate the situation and make the safest attempt in keeping the roads clear.

Terms and conditions

 

1) BMW Roadside Assistance & Accident Hotline is a service provided by International SOS Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., which is a 24-hour call centre to assist BMW owners/drivers in situations of breakdowns or accidents. All mobilisation services are provided independently by third party service providers.

 

2) The customer shall pay all applicable charges under BMW Roadside Assistance & Accident Hotline as may be imposed by the respective service providers.

 

3) BMW shall not be responsible or liable for any failure, neglect, refusal or delay in the provision of services by the third party service provider.

 

4) BMW and its service provider shall not be responsible:

 

  • for any cost or expenses which shall be solely the responsibility of the driver in the event that the Vehicle breaks down or is immobilised.
  • for loss or damage directly or indirectly occasioned by or happening or in consequence of war, invasion, act of God, act of foreign enemies, hostilities whether war be declared or not, civil war, rebellion, insurrection, terrorism, military and usurped power, riot, or civil commotion or sabotage or any other events (whether falling into the same genus, species, class or category as the foregoing or not) beyond the control of the driver or the person operating or having control of the Vehicle at the time of the accident.
  • for provision of services outside Malaysia and Singapore.
  • if the Vehicle is in an un-roadworthy condition at the commencement of the journey or the Vehicle has not been regularly serviced in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
